My daughter applied to Tyler (art) and hasn’t heard back. Her portfolio was accepted though, day after submitting. We are still waiting…
My son was accepted yesterday to the school of nursing!
Applied 8 weeks ago, 3.64 GPA, 5.54 weighted GPA, 1240 SAT. In state

Has anyone heard back from Temple early action decision yet for nursing program?
Many students got merit and honors letters today-thought I would let you know since you were one of the first on this thread

Temple is releasing merit scholarships now. My son received $9000 yr. oos. Puts Temple back in the competition. He applied on 10/30, received admission letter 11/09 and just got portal email today with link to scholarship letter.
I don’t release stats because they are not mine to give.
I know many have been waiting so best of luck to all!
Received $14,000/year merit and accepted into honors college as well. I previously had posted that my gpa was 3.79uw and 3.98w but i realized that it is actually a little higher than that since Temple only considers courses taken during high school, not high school credits taken in middle school.

My son didn’t get an email or anything. We just checked the portal after we saw your post. He was invited to the Honors College and was named a Provost’s Scholar ($18,000/year). We are OOS.
4.0 UW/5.7 W; 1520 SAT; class rank 6/320-ish; 15 APs (10 in grades 9 - 11 and 5 this year); varsity soccer and some clubs

Congrats. No email and def not a link in the “season’s greetings” email. Will have her check portal tonight. Average student but any little bit is welcomed.
Thanks for the heads up everyone! Just checked and my son received a 9k Founders Scholarship. Nice surprise as we expected nothing, but he was just accepted ED to his first choice (Temple was a close second!) so this doesn’t actually matter

Emails sent to me and D around 8:40 pm. Mine has the subject line “an update about your student’s scholarship status” and says she should log in to the portal.

10k Provost’s Scholar for merit, and honors! In state. My spirits have lifted a little from this after being flat out rejected by Notre Dame and Case Western

Not here. Applied 8/3 in state and should be a pretty definite admit I think…
Also got accepted around the same time! My D didn’t get an email but checked the portal yesterday! Still no merit info.
