My DD applied Oct-21 EA , got the accepted today Nov-5th with the acceptance letter !!
Probably merit scholarships come out later not sure when though any idea ?

C24 got in this morning, too! They applied Sometime the first week in October, but didn’t finish the transcript section until last weekend.
Yea I submitted my self reported transcript Oct 22 or so and I got in yesterday with letter and got email today.
No merit or honors yet but reading through threads, I think it might come in December.
For context: Genomic Medicine Premed major, 1540 SAT, 3.95 UW GPA, Published Research etc
Depending on the scholarship, Temple is a top choice for me.

Congrats. I keep reading about the safety at Temple. How do students take care of this issue?
My D24 got in as well. Congrats to those that have been accepted!
Have friends at both Temple and UPenn what I heard safety is issue one of suggestions not to go out after 9pm alone on the streets 
Well, since Upenn is close to Drexel not Temple it might be Drexel as well. I joined a parent safety group on facebook for Temple and there have been a few things of concern. We toured Temple and did not feel unsafe at all but of course that was during the day.

He did not submit for Honor.
This was the 1st school we heard back.
Don’t worry about honors for now, it’s automatic consideration and there’s no extra application as long as you submitted your common app essay. From previous threads it looks like honors decisions come out in December.

Has anyone received an acceptance on a day other than a Sunday? Wondering if they release weekly.
It probably is. I live in Oregon though and to tell the truth I felt safer walking around Philly than Portland.

I thought my daughter got hers on a Monday but it could have been when she noticed her email.
Just got one today. Submitted application on 10/29.
