<p>Hi! Can you help me with this delicate situation?</p>

<p>My mom is a teacher; she worked at two schools last year (1 Sept 2010 - 31 Aug 2011), then she lost her job because there weren't available hours, and then (starting with the second semester) she received it back, because superiors found that somebody else took the hours that she should have had, and they gave them back to her. Now, what shoulld I type in the "Employer" box, if she works at two schools? And how many years has she worked at the current workplace? (I can't type in 0.5)</p>

<p>Another thing... having a job is not something that my mom can be sure about... because every year the number of hours are changing, and she might not receive any for the next scholastic year (1 Sept 2012 - 31 Aug 2013). Should I write about it in E.S.?</p>

<p>You would list her current employer in the spot. That is who she is working for NOW. Re: the amount of time, I’m not sure what to tell you…have you tried .5?</p>

<p>No one is “sure” of their job for the upcoming year. You put the job info for what she is currently doing. The thing that REALLY matters on these forms is your income/asset information. The job information is secondary.</p>
