<p>With the Australian Open going on, I was wondering how many people on CC are tennis fans.
Who do you guys support?
(Roger Federer is the best!)</p>

<p>Yeah Fed's my idol. I also like Safin and, to a lesser extent, Roddick.</p>

<p>2005 AO SF was the best tennis match I've ever seen (Fed/Safin). That's the match that made me a Fed fan.</p>

<p>i also like djokovic (eastern europe rocks!) and tsonga (just kind of an underdog that surprised everyone)
i bet the final will be federer-murray, or at least so i hope...(US Open rematch)</p>

<p>Nadal is the best, just look at the rankings. Did anyone see the fans throwing chairs at each other? It looked pretty crazy.</p>

<p>I've always been a fan of Djokavic and Baghdatis, especially after Agassi's second to last match against him. On the woman's side, Ivanovic is always a favorite (hot).</p>

<p>I'm a huge Federer fan, but I like Roddick, Blake, and Sampras, as well.</p>

<p>lol djokovic's imitations are hilarious, but i think he's much more serious now that he has the 07 Australian under his belt.
federer is by far the greatest imo - his game against safin shows that he is coming back
(baghdatis also played well against fish)
on the women's side i prefer jankovic, most of the others (serena excluded) are inconsistent</p>

after djokovic beat roddick at the us open last year, he criticized the fans for not supporting him (he implied that they should have been rooting for him over the fan favorite)</p>

<p>They both play high percentage tennis, so it'll just depend on who's more consistent when they play.</p>
