Tennis lessons?

I live in Northern VA (like around Woodbridge and Fairfax) and I want to start playing tennis. I went to the US Open this summer and tennis looked pretty funand challenging to play. I was wondering if anyone here knows of any really good beginners tennis lesson/program. I hope to play competitively and maybe for my school (if I can get good enough). Oh and I'm 15. Thanks

hey
tennis is a difficult sport to play up
most varsity players have years of experience and plaid it as little boys and girls

Wait… you live near Woodbridge? I live near Woodbridge!

What HS?

Honestly, going to open courts if your HS has them could be beneficial.

I live IN Woodbridge! Let’s have a CC party!

Actually… I don’t live near it. I live in it.

Or you can just come to the real CC party

NOVEMBER 24th HARVARD SQ. CAMBRIDGE MASSACHUSETTS feat. THEYANKINLONDON, MIFUNE, XRCALICO##, KSARMAND AND MAYBE MILLANCAD/AEROENGINEER3141/THISGIRLISAG I SHOULD PROBABLY PM ALL OF THEM COME TO THINK OF IT

also, why do so many CCers live in Virginia?

You mean Northern VA.

It’s because VA is a badass state. I thought more were from New Jersey honestly.

There are probably more from Jersay, although Zapz, Splonk, trumpetgrl, TheViolinist, xxrunningonempty, and rmadden15 were from Virginia

Like 90% of HSlers are from either California, New Jersey, Virginia, or Maryland haha

lol true.

And Dang they were all from VA?

I love VA. Rep the 703!

I was joking. I live in the west.

Okay thanks for answering my question…
Haha I kid, I kid, but seriously

OH I go to South County, which is in Lorton.

Ah cool.

But yeah, if your school’s tennis team has open courts, I’d go to those.

In this area… beginner lessons and programs I’m not sure about.

But I don’t know how to play…
I mean, I see what you’re saying but

Seriously, tennis is easy to pick up and get good at reasonably quickly.

Just need to put in some hours of practice and make sure ur technique is fairly solid.

^Yes! that’s the thing though
I need help on my technique. That’s why I’m looking for tennis lesson.

Tennis is a real fun sport and you have to be really active. i played tennis since i was 9 and i still play for my high school. we won championships this year. but if you are intrested you should go for it. before the season starts, try getting a few lessons or try practicing on your own against a wall. hope i helped!!
