tennis vs soccer

<p>Hello,
I will go straight with the question.
Which sport is better for the high school sport for extracurricular activity?
I got so stress which one I should choose.
Ethnic: Korean (uhm...kk)
Gender: Male
Height: 5ft 11in (uhm...?-_-)</p>

<p>I will be freshmen in this fall, and I found out it's time to decide one sport.
People say rather than playing various sports it is best to be good at one sport bc of maybe leadership position and others.</p>

<p>I personally like soccer better. I would say my interests 8(out of 10) and tennis for 5(out of 10).
But I found out the "odd" that for asian and male the sport of tennis is so common that even college administrator first ask asian, did you play tennis in high school.
So then I should play soccer?
I think that soccer is better sports to meet different peoples and make friends, since of the how sport is played.
But the soccer, it's not usual to play soccer in college and after, is it? It's not usual to gather 22 college students or adult to play soccer.
Then, I should play tennis? What about the "odd". I worry that my form may look not TOO unique. Besides, for the musical extracurricular activity, I play piano and got few awards. That's the second "odd" that asian play piano...The other activity may not be same.
Then, I should play soccer. Uhm,, my dad is really great at tennis, so I know I will improve and may have chance to play top at varsity team.
I also wonder which sport is better to show my leadership or take leadership position for future(for junior/senior)
Then, I should play both of them, well the season is same. So I should choose either one.</p>

<p>Thank you for reading such unorganized post.
I will be thank comment like play tennis or play soccer :)
It would be great to hear from you, your own thoughts, your own experience and others.
Again, thank you.</p>

<p>I’m also a Korean male that’s 5’11
I think that you should choose whichever sport you like most. That way, you have more passion and desire for it. You’ll probably be better at it with more dedication and your results can be shown through achievements and awards in the sport you prefer. Unfortunately for me, there are no sport teams in my school :(</p>
