I can accept credit for math 1910, phys 1112, chem 2090 and one freshman writing seminar using AP results. Does this seem like a good schedule for 1st semester? Should I take another class, maybe another engineering class or a liberal arts course?

that schedule is fine, you could probably handle another course without your schedule being ridiculous, but you may not want to take a strenuous courseload first semester while you’re adjustng especially when you’re reasonably ahead from APs.

Entirely up to you, if you do go for a 5th real course I’d recommend not taking something that would be very time consuming.

That is a nice schedule for your first semester. You are ahead with AP credit, so you can definitely afford not to take an extra class. Your schedule will naturally get heavier in future semesters; you could take this opportunity to get a good boost on your GPA, or maybe explore different extracurricular activities on campus. There is nothing wrong with adding another class, though, if you find something interesting.

Definitely take the AP credit. Your schedule right now is fine but if you wanted to put on another course i’d recommend something that will help with your distribution requirements (assuming you dont have AP to take care of those as well).

Math 1910 (or 1920 if you had AP Calc BC)
Chem 2090 (unless you had AP Chem credit, then possibly Phys 1112/2213/2214 (depending on if you have AP Physics credits))
Engri (you might be interested in Engri 1100: Lasers and Photonics)
