which school is less competitive and good in usiness for an intl male asian applicant like me?

Well both of these schools have very prestigious business programs, however when it comes to sat scores and selectivity:

Goizueta -Mean: 1364 - Median: 1360 (Out of 1600)- 27% Selectivity for entire college
Full-time undergraduate business student enrollment: 622

Tepper - Mean: 1389 - Median: 1410 (Out of 1600)- 28% Selectivity for entire college
Full-time undergraduate business student enrollment: 450

Though both will probably like you as an international student, you might be discriminated against because you are Asian (not considered a minority and make up about 50% of Tepper, 27% of Goizueta). This simply makes you slightly less appealing to these schools.

I would have to say that you have a better shot getting in at Goizueta because they have less rigorous testing standards, their class size is larger (Tepper and Carnegie Mellon as a whole are very small schools), and they dont have a very high percentage of Asians in their school (thus making you more of a minority and increasing your chances of getting in).

wat??im kinda confused with ur last few sentences.u said that i have a better shot at goizueta, but at the end u said that being asian makes me a minority and might increase my chances at tepper?? but thanks a lot anyways, just hope u could clarify it, and suggest me a lil. ED for tepper or goizueta for an intl asian??

Goizetta, if youre interested in getting some tech, compsci, or engineering along with that business, you're out of luck, becaus emeory has none. You do get a superb Liberal Arts experience For Tepper, you get really damn good math/science/eng on the side, but slightly worse humanities.
