I wanted to pay the term bill online but the balance came out to a full $11,688.95 showing NO financial aid whatsoever in the payments/credits column

It's also showing "Attendance Confirmation (Term Bill) Received 'N' "
when I clearly sent in my attendance forms early this year.

There is no way I'm paying all $11,688.95 when I had over 21k in scholarships for the year.

I tried calling them but I just keep getting a busy tone.

I also paid 1,000 through an e-Check as that should cover my unsubsidized loan stated in my financial aid status

How do I get them to list my financial aid status on the term bill?!?!!?

My friend emailed Student Accounting Services and was told that they don’t update the term bill – you just have to give them the correct amount of money. Still, you should call them just to see what’s up/alert them of your situation.

Oh yeah, I just saw this in my Rutgers email:

“If your account shows a balance, but you have received financial aid,
student loans, contracted for a payment plan, have a third party payment,
or have tuition remission that completely covers the balance due on your
account, you cannot confirm your attendance online. Print your term bill,
make any adjustments, include any required documents that cover the
balance, and return to the address indicated.”
