Terrible first junior semester. Any hope?

It is my junior year and my grades are slipping. I do not party or hang out with friends. I always go directly home and do my homework and/or practice voice and piano. I plan on studying voice in college.

9th grade
Honors English - A first semester, A- second.
Spanish 2 - A- first semester, A- second.
Health - A first semester. PE - A second semester.
Honors Algebra II/ Trig - B+ first, B second
Choir - A first and second
Biology - B- first, A- second
Religion - A- first and second

10th Grade is where my grades started dropping
Honors English - A, B+
Spanish 3 - A-, B+
Honors Geometry - B+, B
Choir - A, A
Advanced Choir - A, A
AP Euro - C+, B-
Biblical Studies - B+, B-

And then I changed schools, and got these grades first semester.

Precalculus - C+ (78%)
Chemistry - C+ (77%)
AP US History - C+ (79%)
AP English - A
Choir - A
PE - A
Drama - A
Technology - A

Middle school classes for Credit
Algebra 1 - A, A
Spanish 1 - A, A

All of my C+ classes would have been Bs or B- grades if I had received a C or better on all of the finals, except I got Ds and Fs on all three of them. The same thing happened with my sophomore second semester math, and religion classes. I am worried about getting into college. I will apply to conservatories and universities, but I don't know how my second semester sophomore/ first semester junior year slump will look. My goal is all As second semester. Have I lost all hope of getting into a good college? My most competitive academic schools are Rice, U of Michigan, U of Maryland, UNC Chapel Hill, and USC.Based on my calculations I think I should have about a 3.5 right now.

NOTE: I probably won't apply to all of those, and I am applying as a music student. I just don't want my grades to keep me from going.

I’m sorry but you’ll have to do something magical to get into Rice with those scores. USC and UM (probably UNC as well) are perhaps possible if you try hard during your final year. Make sure you take some APs (I suggest at least 3 during your final year). you can probably get into maryland.

Right now your grades are probably the factor that’ll keep you from going. You still have a good chance if you end up performing a bit better. Also, doing well in the SATs will benefit you so make sure you prepare well for it.
