Terrible high school freshman year

So I had an awful freshman year. I know i shouldn't blame teachers but my math teacher didn't help to much and switching schools in between semesters didn't help. 1st semester was around a 1.5 GPA and 2nd semester around a 2.2 GPA. I'm not an idiot and I actually care about my success and might want to pursue something in pharmacy or in the FBI. I also plan on doing baseball (My brother is a college head coach for baseball and coaches say I have good chances at getting looked at by D1 colleges) and a lot of community service and other extracurricular activity's.

I averaged my freshman GPA with estimated grades for the rest of high school and got numbers around 3.2.

I'm stressing out about it so what are my options as far as college goes? community college to 4 year transfer? I've also heard colleges like Stanford don't look at your Freshman GPA. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There’s no reason to be looking at community colleges this early in the game - just try your best and by the end of Junior year (or the beginning of Senior year) you find that you have a decent SAT score and a GPA of at least 3.0+ coupled with your success in baseball, I’m sure you’ll be fine. I don’t know if Stanford or any top tier schools are in the picture at this point, but its way too early to tell anyway.
