I realize that most of the universities are having a “test-optional” policy due to the pandemic.
I was wondering if there are any “test-blind” universities or colleges within a university like Cornell.

Although technically test optional, the University of Washington is close to test blind because the readers doing holistic review will not see test scores even if submitted. Test scores cannot hurt an applicant but may be used to justify an admission that would otherwise be denied “in a handful of cases.”
