<p>i want to register for sat the test in jan 2009 session but the test center at which i want to register is full .Can anyone please let me know whether it is possible for me to register for sat test at this particular test center without paying standby fees?</p>
<p>i think you’ll just have to register at another convenient site because once its full they really can’t take students in…just go to another test site.</p>
