Test Flexible / Test Optional ?

So basically, I did not do so hot on my SATs and several schools like NYU and Hamilton have changed their testing policies from SAT mandatory to test-flexible. You can submit any combination of test scores: 3 AP scores, 3 SAT II Scores, or just the SAT/ACT.

Right now, I have a 94 UW GPA, and it is a 96.5 weighted. I am in the top 10% out of 250-260 students; we only get decile rankings.

I am president of 2 clubs, treasurer of 3 clubs.
I have community service
3 teachers recs and the required guidance counselor rec. My GC told me my recs were among the best.

From quarter 1 to quarter 2, my GPA went up in all classes, except stayed the same in one.

the annoying part are my test scores which I do no want to reveal.
I wont say that I am not a good test take because I did well on APs and SAT IIs, but i just didnt do well on the ACT/SAT, nor was I able to get the tutoring and etc.

So with Hamilton & NYU, I applied score-flexibly. I didn't send scores to Bowdoin or Holy Cross or Franklin & Marshall.

Do you think I will have a shot at Hamilton or NYU with the AP score option?
I received a 4, 4, 5, 4, 3 on the following exams

AP Lang
AP Calc BC
AP Calc AB
Ap US - 690 SAT II (i know it's not like hte rest of the people on here, but I was happy with it.)

AP World - my lowest, but at least i passed
