Test Optional apps: should we submit PSAT score since the SAT won't be taken until September?

I don’t see a downside to self-reporting the PSAT on the common app, or Apply Texas app. I also think AOs know the PSAT is not on a 1600 scale, but you could always write 1460 out of 1520, or 1460 (99th percentile).
