Test Optional Data

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there are any mass data sources that reveal statistics on test optional colleges.

Data I am looking for includes:

Percent of students who opt out of tests.
Percent of students accepted who opted out of tests.
Compared acceptance rates within single colleges of those who submit tests and those who don’t submit tests.
Etc

Particular colleges I am interested in include Bowdoin, Wesleyan, and Skidmore. Data or advice on other colleges is greatly appreciated as well.

Thank You

About 21% of Wesleyan admits declined to submit board scores prior to admittance (they are required to submit them once they’ve matriculated.) Interestingly enough, the median SAT score (2190) for the Class of 2020 is 70 points higher than the last test-required class admitted two years ago.

See what info is in their Common Data Sets (I know it shows how many report scores).

Check the Common Data Set for each school – while imperfect, there is an entry for how many students submitted test scores.
