<p>There are lists of test optional schools. You can search this forum for them. I don’t think anyone has cross posreferenced that with your other requirements. You will have to check each college website. If you make such a list, please share it.</p>

<p>Also be careful, some of the test optional schools ask for test scores for specific scholarships so do your homework if you are looking for scholarships.</p>
<p>A lot of schools that are test-optional for US students still require testing for international students. So read their admissions policies for international students very carefully.</p>
