Test Scores for UC Application

I'm very confused with the whole process of sending ACT/SAT scores to UC campuses. I have sent my ACT/SAT test scores to the UC campuses which I have applied for; however, when I go to a university's Application Portal, I always receive a message stating that I never sent my scores. When I go on my SAT or ACT account, I review my "Send Score Report History," and it states the date and the university which I have sent my scores to. I do not understand why I keep receiving this message. On my UC Application, it states in red-colored print that I have to, "arrange for the testing agency to send us your official ACT Test scores." Does this mean I have to send my scores through mail to any UC campus, and they will share my scores with all other campuses? How do I ensure that I have sent all my scores to all campuses? Any response would be highly appreciated.

If you have the receipt from the official testing agencies that you’ve sent them, that’s good. It shows proof that you’ve sent them. Email the specific UC Schools and explain the situation. If they have not received them, contact the testing agencies and tell them to resend the scores. Also, the SAT/ACT takes up to 2 weeks to arrive so if you’ve sent scores within the last two weeks, there’s a chance the scores are still being sent.
