Test scores problem!

I’m applying to 4 UC’s this fall (Davis, Irvine, Riverside, and Santa Cruz) and I know that they require all SAT scores to be sent to them, with essay.

I took the January SAT WITHOUT essay because I was unaware that it had to be with essay and got a score of 1130. So I signed up for the March SAT With essay and only improved by 10 points and got a score of 1140. I’m retaking the SAT with essay in August for the last time.

I also took the ACT with essay in June and got a 25 composite.

So here’s my problem: I don’t know which one to send the UC’s. I’m aiming for at least a 1250 for the third SAT. But I’m scared that if I send all of my SAT scores it’ll make me look weak. Also, will they still look at and see my January SAT even if it was without essay? As of now, I’m sticking with only sending my single ACT score.

The stated rule requires you to provide all SAT tests if you submit any one SAT test, and that rule does not have any exception for an SAT without writing. Thus, you should submit them all. The other rule they follow is that they will use to determine admission that test with the highest composite, and thus the lower scores from other tests will not be used against you.
