im positive about duncan being mystified. Cause he wondered why the guy even had to blush to ask but then he realized that it was because the other teacher scared them. having sympathetic to students feelings has nothign to do with the passage's point

no i dont think so

astropuff- damn! so the kind kind was mocking?? whatd you put for the last answer then?

what was the question for colleagueship?

Yes, but mystified isn't the BEST answer...not even close. The point of that paragraph was to show Duncan's sensitivity to his students' request (so as to contrast with Mo's meaningness).

it was mocking. and definitely NOT mystified. that was the first one i crossed out.

lllkllll well said

was that the first one where mo was yelling at duncan?
i put he wanted to limit duncan's teaching abiliteis...
iwasn't sure of that one though

yea, i put that too

oh.yeah i was a little confused on that one too. i think i put the same one as you for the teaching abilities one.

but he wanted those singing lessons cuz he said students like them...sympathetic means caring, kind so...he is sympathetic to his students..
i put the kind as self-conciosu in other ques

oh yeah wat were the answer choices for the first chinese teacher question?

Nowhere did it suggest that Duncan didn't know how his students felt. It's inferring too much here I think. The correct answer should be "sensitive."

I don't remember what I put for this one, but I know that wasn't it.......

anyone know?

damn it then. guess im doing a lot worse than i thought.

i agree with lllklll.

And i dont think Mo kept on saying kind to duncan because he was wanted to mock him. I think he was grateful for his Duncan's suggestion on sharing classes so he wanted to show collegueship. idk about ths one?

OHHHH
nah the kind is definitely mocking

my friend is overly nice when she's trying to be mean and make fun of someone
it's def mocking

nah, he was defly being mean

the minority passages end on positive note usually so I dont think it would be mocking.

lol we both said nah
