<p>I retook the SAT Is in October and took the rest of the necessary SAT IIs in October, and I was fine for EA. One friend didn't get her scores to the college in time and was automatically put in the RD admissions pool. If you're nervous, go for October. So I'm guessing that's the worst thing that'll happen to you.</p>

This depends entirely on the college you are applying to. I've seen it work both ways. It does seem as if most colleges want you to take the SAT no later than the October administration; however, some will let you take the November sitting. Some want the October date to be the last date for taking the SAT Reasoning Test, but they will allow November for SAT Subject Tests. To be safe, don't plan for anything beyond October, but the best bet is to check with the school's admissions department and/or read what their website has to say.</p>
