<p>I have missed the Dec TOEFL registering deadline( reach four weeks before..gosh) so which universities would decline TOEFL taken after Dec?</p>

<p>I would suggest you make a list of the colleges you would like to apply to and check with them whether or not they would accept the scores from the January testing.</p>

<p>I am not sure about college deadlines, you should contact with them. But as far as I know deadline for TOEFL is one week before the test date, so I think you can still register for the test in december</p>
