Testing Irregularity Report

Hey guys, I just had a quick question for those who know. I took the AP Spanish test today and thought I did pretty well. However, once we started the Speaking Section, things went downhill. The teacher I had used a laptop to play the CD. We could barely hear the CD for the conversation, and almost no one got the information from the Audio Source for the Formal Presentation. Because of this, I complained and my school is filing an irregularity report.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get processed and what the options will be for the students? How do they evaluate the reports and determine if it's a problem (I still did the presentation, but not to the best of my ability)? I think that most likely I'll have to retake the entire thing, but I thought it's worth asking.

I'm not sure how that works for Spanish. I know that sometimes, there is an option to project a score based on how you did on the unaffected sections. I've heard that sometimes you can take an alternate version, but I don't really know anything about how that works.

I pray that they try to project what it would my score would be...I really don't want to have to redo the entire thing, although I don't regret reporting what happened.

Thanks for the answer TheMathProf; I appreciate it :-)
