Hello!
I am looking at Texas A&M as an option for school. I have a 3.4 GPA (unweighted), but I’m in the top 35% of my class due to being at a very competitive school in the Houston area. I made a 29 on my ACT, which I plan on submitting on my college applications. I am actively involved in orchestra and a couple clubs. I have taken a few honors classes and an AP class, but my weighted GPA isn’t very significant (3.9). Long story short, I struggled for part of junior year. I anticipate my ranking and GPA to go up next fall, and I will be taking another AP and two dual credit classes next year.
I understand that I will be a review submission for Texas A&M. I am concerned that I will not be offered full admission to the College Station campus.
What is the acceptance rate of review applications for full admission to TAMU College Station? What are my chances?
Any suggestions on how I can improve my chances?
