Hey I'm a high school student looking into a 6 year medical program. I live in Texas and I'm aware of the Rice/Baylor program but it's 8 years and I want a program with a shorter duration. Does A&M really have a B.S./M.D. program? I checked their website and I saw the M.D./PhD program but no B.S./M.D.

These are all the other BS/MD programs in Texas. None of them are 6 years.

This is Baylor2, which is different than Rice/Baylor. You can either apply to one or the other: [Baylor University || Baylor Prehealth Professions || Guaranteed Medical Admissions](http://www.baylor.edu/Prehealth/index.php?id=36430)

Thanks so much! I’m currently volunteering at Baylor College of Medicine and I love it here so I wouldn’t mind being here again in a few years; I was just hoping for a shorter program haha but again, thanks you really helped.

oh, and almost forgot about this one. I’m not that familiar with Texas schools…

What’s the duration of this UT program? I think it’s 8 years but I’m not sure.
