Howdy! I will be a freshman next fall at TAMU. I applied for housing last month, but I can still change my dorm preferences. I take my academics seriously, but I want to meet a lot of people and have a good social life. I am planning on rushing a fraternity as well. I enjoy privacy with my restroom, and it seems that Hullabaloo and the modular dorms are the ones that have private restrooms. If I want to live in a modular dorm as a freshman with a good social scene, what modular dorm is the best for a freshman? I am not sure if I should live in Hobby since it is next to Sbisa and Northgate or if I should live in the modular dorms near the commons to meet other freshman. Any advice would be appreciated.
