I’m trying to decide if I should attend A&M or UTA with the possibility of transferring to UT. UT and Baylor (I got accepted but it’s too expensive) were my top choices and I never thought I would attend A&M since I didn’t see myself going there. However, now I don’t know. I was rewarded the Reagents schloarship, which will help pay for some of my tuition. I’m also sort of reluctant to do the cap program because I’m not guareented to get into the major I want at UT so is it even worth it? I’m not sure on what I want to major in but I’m considering becoming a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. I’m worried I won’t like A&M but it is a higher ranked school than UTA. I live in Arlington already but I don’t want to live at home if I choose to go to there. I’m running out of time and I’m afraid I’m going to make the wrong decision. In your opinion, would it be better to attend A&M or UTA doing the cap?
What is the cheaper option? Costs really matter if you need grad school for your career.
CAP is ok if you are not going for one of the more competitive majors.
UTA has a fantastic BSN and MSN program. The cost will be easy on the bank account too.
What specifically are your reservations about A&M?
