Accepted to A&M in January with a D in math and the rest A's with a B or two. Second semester the D is now an F, with the other classes A's for the semester. Final grades are 1 F, 2 or so B's, rest A's.

Is this enough for rescission? Lots of rescissions are due to a "significant drop in grades." The failing course only dropped 1 letter; it isn't a major drop. Senioritis isn't the culprit, as shown by the other classes being A's 2nd semester.
