Texas A&M - What Are My Chances?

I am not top 10%, but am a resident of Texas.

Number 10 out of 75 (top 13%)
2000 on SAT (1390 CR and Math Composite, but my math is 20 points too low to be considered for academic admit)
30 on ACT
3.0 unweighted GPA
3.86 weighted GPA
Challenging class load since sophomore year (very bad freshman year) but I have gotten pretty much all A's since the second semester of sophomore year
Involved in 10+ extracurriculars, and I'm an officer in 4 of them (president of Hill Country 4H, which is affiliated with TAMU)
100+ hours of community service
Applied early action
My essays are pretty good I believe, and I have good recs, as well as a letter to admissions from a pretty high up professor at TAMU.

I know that it's extremely hard to get into TAMU without being top ten percent, but how much of a chance do you think I have?
(I am still waiting on my most recent SAT scores, so we will see if I get the automatic admission for academics there)

Thanks!

A fair good portion of Texas A&M’s applicants are going to be Top 10% applicants who are guaranteed admission. But they also set aside spots for students who don’t fall into that category, though not many.

I wouldn’t worry too much about not being admitted.
