<p>Our bonds usually pass as well, but the district is shrewd in how it clumps the various items together – each bond has an item for each part of town so that all parts of town vote for all of them.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the Chinese government is worried sick - they will only dominate in engineering, but American performing arts will be the best forever.</p>

<p>I can’t believe any school district can afford a $60,000,000 football stadium when my high school still has asbestos in the walls and has no science textbooks.</p>
