textbooks' ISBN?

When do professors send out lists of the books required for their classes? Is there any way I can obtain a list of the books' ISBN before school actually starts, other than driving to a bookstore and looking it up there?

Here's the URL to the MSC bookstore:

<a href="http://www.campusstores.com/tamu/index.asp%5B/url%5D">http://www.campusstores.com/tamu/index.asp</a></p>

It doesn't have ISBN's for the required books but it does have titles and authors.

Once you have the titles and authors, you can email the instructors with that information and ask them for the ISBN's.

You can also enter the titles and authors on CheapestTextBooks.com and get the ISBN's if you don't get a response from an instructor. If you get the latest U.S. edition of a book, you should be OK.

Thanks, m1817. Even better, I found there is a most simple way to obtain those ISBN's. At first I doubt it would work but tried it out at my mom and sister's urgings. I just called the on campus bookstore and asked them for the ISBN's, and they gave them to me, such very nice people. It's simple as pie. :-)
