Textbooks

The textbook list came out 2 days ago 7/18 at FGCU.

For those who might be curious, the financial aid package finally came. I could not expect a better package, as I “think” that they met son’s efc or came pretty close (they changed the EFC number and I don’t have the corrected number in front of me, but I know that the correction resulted in a modest EFC increase).

As to my second concern, still no textbooks listed. Sigh…

S’s school bookstore put the textbooks online this week. They list the ISBN numbers too which helps a lot when looking to buy from outside sources.

Packmom, that’s good.

My son’s books should be posted within the next few days. I have already decided that since we don’t have tons of time, I am going to order everything from Amazon (new books). I already priced out the books that were used during the summer session. If the same books are used (perhaps yes, perhaps no), I would still save money buying through Amazon. Many of the new books with 2 day shipping through Amazon cost nearly the same as either rentals or used books through the bookstore. I could save more by buying at other sites, but I don’t want to risk getting the wrong editions, etc. since I don’t have a huge window of time any longer.
