<p>when do we find out what our required textbooks will be? there no books available on the textbooks link in the schedule of classes. also, how much study would a 5-unit weeder class require each week to say...get an A?</p>

<p>pick your classes (at orientation i'm assuming) first. the list of books will appear a little later. then i usually click on a link under my registered classes in myucla to pull up a summary of all the books i need.</p>
