but for math 103 theres a website that gives all the answers www.nashashmi.com/calc...though some are screwed up meaning that they arent in the right order

um get rid of the ...though

don't worry about the '...' in the middle of the link... it'll work fine when you click on it.

Do we pick up the books in the bookstore when we get there?

Did you guys ever use ARIS software or the solutions manual?

software, no... solutions manual, yes. The software wasn't around last year to the best of my knowledge. I actually found it really helpful because not only did it give the answers to the problems in the book, but it also had tutorials for each chapter about the different types of problems one could expect given the material of the chapter.

As for picking up ordered textbooks, I'd say yes, you'll pick them up when you arrive, but I don't have any first-hand experience with that.

EGR international edition is the same as the hard cover one.
I have 2 EGR 53 books and math 103 book....
anyone interested in buying?
please contact: lithiumbromide@gmail.com
thanks

Does anyone know where to find the economics textbook for 51D.

I tried the ISBN number on Amazon and it didn't show up.

This is what I think it might be: Economics with MyEconLab Student Access Kit (7th Edition)

Another question,

is this the Chemistry book?

duke45, try this:

okay...so i accidentally gave the wrong email for the bookstore, do they need the right email for this...?

Yeah, I also need to know by today whether the Chem 21 book by Chang is the 8th or 9th edition.

ineedsleep: yeah the store will send you a confirmation email which you need to print out, so you'd need the right email

so um should i cancel that order and send it to the right email? and reorder?

why not change your email online and then give them a call and explain it to them?

ooh good idea. thanxs

Is it possible to buy any of these books at a used college bookstore by duke? do any such stores exist?

If we order books online at Duke's website, do we pick them up at duke or are they mailed to our house?

just wait and get yur books at school...it's much easier....and you get your pick of books...

But won't it be so much more expensive to buy books on campus rather than online? The calculus book for math 103 with Bray is $150 through Duke if bought new. But through a third-party seller with amazon, (also new) it's only $40.

Also, how necessary are student editions of books? What exactly do instructor's editions lack, and are there alternatives to replace the missing info?
