Do I need to have all my textbooks by the first day of school? (Sept. 24)
or is it depends on the professors?

I dont think you need it first day. I’m pretty sure you dont do much anyways

No, you absolutely don’t need them the first day. Many profs will assign reading for the second lecture, but usually not for the very first lecture. And even if you don’t get your books until 2nd week it’s usually pretty easy to catch up.

^ lol i wouldnt suggest waiting to second week, usually midterms are just around the corner then

ohhh okay, because I was thinking about the applying for the ASP, however they do not distribute the textbooks out till the second week. I guess I will just stick around the library for the first week of school.

sorry I didn’t want to create a new thread for this - is it possible to survive without the CSE3 book (Fluent in Information Technology 3rd ed) for the quarter? or is it recommended to buy it? everything I have read on here suggests that it’s useless to buy…

^I took the class and that book came in very handy during finals week when I was looking through my lecture notes and some of them were sketchy. if you buy it on half.com it’s not as expensive

okay. thanks! :)
