<p>My daughter's looking into fashion design and I see that UW has a program with an optional senior year at FIT in New York.</p>
<p>She's looking at attending a university rather than art or design school as she wants a broader college experience.</p>
<p>We'd love to hear any observations or experiences anyone's had with or about UW's program, esp. as it compares to other fashion programs at universities (eg, Cincinnati, Kent State...)</p>

<p>Beast - nice to see a good friend back on the UW CC blog. Didn’t know that you had a Daughter who is an upcoming HS graduate. Two in college at one time - whew. Our condolences to your bank account! I know very, very little about UW’s fashion design program but best of luck to her in her search. I’m sure that she’ll find a college that’s right for her.</p>
