Texts in Physics

I know this thread must've been posted a million times but...

What's an efficient textbook to self-study Physics C from; with an emphasis in problem solving and real conceptual understanding? What's a book that's up and straight to the point, that'll move through the subject quickly but without losing concentration on the subject matter? I had two in mind: Halliday's Fundamentals and Giancoli's Physics for Scientists and Engineers. Any suggestions about these two or other texts?

Thanks.

I think Princeton Review has a good book for Physics. Among textbooks, Giancoli's seems to be very popular, but as a student, I think the Review Book serves as a better textbook once you understand the general concepts because it has a lot of example problems geared towards the AP unlike the Giancoli.

Thanks. Any other opinions?
