Should I write one and if so when and how long?

I always write one within the week of when I was interviewed. Mine are usually short, but I always mention something s/he said and thank them for their time. Sometimes, I'll ask another question. ;)

Write a thank you note to your interviewer right when you get home or within a day or two. The length depends on what you want to say, but filling up a thank you note card should be fine.

how do you get their addresses?

If the interview is on campus, just send it to the school's address. If you interviewed at the person's house, then you obviously have the address. Otherwise, you can ask for the person's business card during the interview. This should include his/her address. If you want to get tricky, you can search the phone number on google and get the name and address this way. Notice that this method will give the street address only, not a PO Box.

Um actually we did it at a Starbucks lol. So I was thinking about Email since that is the only way I can contact her.

Yeah, use e-mail since you don't have the address. Make it simple but appreciative.

I sent mine a week after (because I kept forgetting to send it) and I talked about something she said and I wrote down this movie I wanted to recommend that we talked about.. and I said thanks. I think you should try to connect back to what you talked about before and just be appreciative at the end.

It maybe sounds stupid... but can someone please pm his thank you note..
it want to use it as a reference

There are tons of sample ones online, I'd assume
