Thank you to the "dads"

I just wanted to thank Violadad and Bassdad for again keeping the lists of accepted students and final and running on this forum again this year. They have made it so easy for the rest of us to enjoy watching the successes of the many students and their families who post on this forum. Thank you!!!!!!

I second that. You ‘dads’ are amazing. Thanks!

Agreed! I found it really interesting looking through past years acceptances and decisions threads, which wouldn’t be possible without you guys - thanks!

Totally agree, don’t know what we would have done without them during last year’s cycle and it is amazing to see how this forum has grown. Both have not only kept the lists organized but helped keep the high standard of this forum. And don’t forget the injection of humor that is truly needed at times during the year. Thank you!!

Totally agree too. They both do an amazing job helping and encouraging music applicants. Thank you !!

Absolutely! Not only have your lists been helpful but also all your time and effort responding to students and parents alike a we wend our ways through the process of music education at the college/university level. Thanks so much!

Chiming in a bit late, but I must add my voice to the chirus of “thank yous” to The Dads! We never EVER would have made this journey without them!

I 8th that sentiment. Dad’s your constant vigil of daily checking, referring to old threads, assistance in using the website, guidance and wisdom, helped me enormously in helping my son. Thank you.

Agreed. A BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR THE DADS! Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

Huzzah! (sorry - it’s faire season).

Thanks for your diligence, but even more, thanks for your humor!

Bumping up to give an extra recognition of the devotion of the Dads on this Father’s Day. Thanks for all of your contributions.

In honor of Fathers Day, here is a nice article about music and sports, just for the Dads. It doesn’t seem to have an author listed, but I’m pretty sure it was written by Violadad. It’s his style.

Great link, Binx!

I loved this story! Thanks for sharing. And it does sound suspiciously like the writing of someone we know and love.

I’ve been outed. I am unanimous no longer.

Well, now that the cat has flown the coop, the bird is out of the bag, and the chickens have come home to roost, all I can say is “tanks”.
