<p>As a graduate of Virginia Tech and the mother of a First Year at Virginia, let me express my thanks for all the support the UVA community has given to the Tech community. My daughter reports that Charlottesville was Orange and Maroon today. Even my husband (a double Hoo) wore Orange and Maroon. The Hokies will not soon forget your kindness.</p>

<p>same here. Penn State is gonna be Orange and Maroon for tomorrow's Blue and White society football game. Even today I see a lot of people with Orange and Maroon on.</p>
<p>It's not just UVA. Half the kids in my high school were wearing orange and maroon. This is most definitely having a huge state-wide, if not nation wide, impact. Everyone is showing their support for Virginia Tech.</p>
