As of now, I am not enrolled in college. As I typed in my previous entry: I didn't receive any grants and as a result had to quit college. Therefore, I really don't have a choice. I'll probably have to return to rotten college next semester or transfer to a city college where I won't have to pay much. After dropping out of college, I decided to work and am saving up for next semester.

Crescens - I agree with the other posters (the ones that replied to you after I did). You have an excellent chance to get into another college if you get your GPA up. Please try to realize that "rotten" college might turn out to be great for you when you get back there next year. As I mentioned before many many many students have a tough time the first semester. Start back with a good attitude, get to class even if you have to force yourself, and join a club. I know many people that hated their first semester (or their first year), and they ended up just loving the college after that. Keep positive (I know that sometimes it is hard to do that). Also, don't ever give up going to college if that is what you want to do. I know a lot of people who went to their community colleges and ended up graduating at their state school and they are doing very well. Good luck to you!
