yes so my mom just loves that whole child degradation thing, she practically lives by it. shes convinced i wont get in anywhere 'decent', and by decent she means top 25. so anyway, heres the three that i care the most about. let me know the chances for UVA, UMich, Northwestern. (applied early to UVA, deferred)

-GPA--at the end of junior year, it was a 93.3 weighted, which i believe is between a 3.7 and 3.8 on a 4.0 scale.

I think your chances are great for all of them. You'll be in at least one and probably two or three. Your grades and scores are fine and you have a lot of leadership things. We'll support you! :)

Don't base your chances on UVAs decision, applying out of state there is like applying to an ivy league. In fact, I know someone that was rejected from UVA and got into Brown. You have an excellent chance.

god...thats ridiculous
you have good scores
im glad my parents don't care about grades or scores...they haven't even been involved in this college process

dont worry about your mom.. you have great stats you'll get into to one of those schools.... better than mine..

haha my parents didnt think i'd make northwestern either... or any of the top UCs for that matter (berekley and LA)... but then again, they barely were involved in me choosing were i want to go. My mom was like, if u can get in you can go. Results: i got in ED to Northwestern, and i get to withdraw my apps to UCs.. my stats: less ECs than you have, no interview, ... 1500 SAT (3rd try though) 700 Writing, 800 Chinese, 710 UShist, 700 Math IC.... applied to school of journalism... ECs: umm.. nothing reallly significant other than 7 years on yearbook staff. since 7th grade and Editor in Chief this year. well, anyways, Good Luck on UVA and the other schoools !
