Thanks

I want to thank the "veteran" Wake students/parents for all their helpful responses to various questions on this board. 10 more days!

I know the campus is relatively small, but do some students use bikes to get to the more distant buildings?

At the risk of sounding boorish, I wonder why CC does not consider Wake worthy of their "Top University" list :( Come on CC - UNC and Duke made the list!

haha, Wake Forest is too unique and special to be branded on some "top university list" :)

as for the bikes.. freshmen don't need them to get around campus. All the freshman dorms (even pic/palmer ... ) are close enough to - everything. I didn't have one freshman year and am getting one this year though so I can go to the grocery store/ workout. I'd join cycling club but those ppl are too intense!

No need to thank us, we are just happy you are coming to Wake!!!!!! GO DEACS :)

Definitely no need for bikes. The longest walk to freshman will be to student drive..and it's not THAT bad. Plus you can always catch the shuttle...if you can find it that is.

I think we're going to do better in the rankings this year and we should make it to the top universities on CC. and if we dont, its doesnt really matter.
