DECA, eh? I was active in DECA. I went to the ICDC in Anaheim 2005 and Dallas 2006. This year in Dallas, I finished top ten in my test for RMAL but didn't advance to the round of twenty due to my terrible role plays. Darn social skills.

Anyways, I think you have a good shot. In terms of standardized test scores, your ACT score is solid. Your EC's sound great. It seems like you have taken a difficult course load. Although, I can not decipher what your all-important unweighted GPA is. 3.9 Weighted could be good at your school, but a 3.9 weighted at my high school was representative of mostly B's and a few A's in honors courses, or as low as a 3.0-3.3 unweighted, which is well below the average at Emory, ~3.7 unweighted. Therefore, one's unweighted GPA is more useful when giving chances.
