The 300-word-er.

Mine's kind of 511 words, but I really, really like it. I think it does a good job of answering the prompt and telling the story I wanted to tell, I just have no idea what to cut out. (I'm using common app, where it recommends being "around 300 words").

How long have ED-acceptees' (who used common app) supplemental essays been? Is it dangerous for me to keep it this long--enough so that I should either trim it down, or, as a last resort, apply with the Princeton application?

Send it in....it's fine.

Haha, I liked how you said "kind of 511 words."
And I agree with jon--send it.

Haha, I only wish there happened to be some abiguity in the 211 words I went over the limit. XDD

And, I think I will, mainly since I already chopped it down from a 600-word common app essay AND added in the quote-discussion part of things. Thanks!
