The 411 on Trinity University (TX)?

I've been accepted to Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, and offered a considerable scholarship. I'm going to one of the admitted students's weekends in the spring, but I would love any information on Trinity (the board here on CC is kind of dead). I have an aunt and uncle in San Antonio, but I've only been there twice--and the last, I was trapped in the house with my grandmother, who was recovering from a knee surgery, so I haven't really seen the "highlights" of SA (mainly, the river/downtown area) since I was six years old.

Trinity seems very nice, but is it too small? Are the dorms as fantastic as they claim? Any information, no matter if you heard it from your mother's father's brother's cousin's nephew, would help. I'm kind of excited about the school, but I just can't seem to find out enough about it, not from first- or second-hand experience anyway. What I do like about SA in comparsion to my other schools is the southwestern feel (and when you live in Louisiana, anything's different). What do kids at Trinity do for fun? Do they go on to successful jobs, careers, graduate school programs? Good recruiters on campus?

Trinity is a fantastic school, top 5 in TX at least and I believe its graduate programs were ranked #1 or something. San Antonio is awesome with tons of culture and great weather. The dorms really are better than almost anywhere. The people are generally more wealthy than at other schools and people complain about the homogenous feel, but the students are bright and the professors care. Really strong in business.

Thanks--I know I can handle the heat (hey, my neighbors were having a pool party 2 weeks ago, when it was 85 degrees--in the summer it is often 100 with 70% humidity). Being in the downtown area does sound appealling.

Sounds great, thanks so much. I can't wait to visit.

So are you very Christian? That may be a factor. Not trying to be offensive in any way at all.

the riverwalk is AMAZING btw...san antonio is a great place.

I live in San Antonio, though I've never been to Trinity, but I've heard it's REALLY good, especially for graduate school. :)
