<p>By far, the best packaging I have seen from an acceptance letter. It really makes me feel welcome into the triton family!</p>

<p>I just saw my niece’s acceptance letter–This was my favorite part–not making you guess if it really is the big envelope…although you know it is!!</p>

<p>lol the consensus of most student (not the ones that got accepted this year) on facebook is that they are trying to paint SD so much like disneyland that it is almost patronizing and entirely silly. The best comment I’ve read is that the only purpose of the glasses is to prevent triton eyes : p</p>

<p>i dont even remember what my envelope looked like from a few years ago.
i just remember thinking how the mail[wo]man could tell who gets accepted/rejected to colleges based on the envelope size…but then again s/he probably doesnt care.</p>

<p>the scratch-and-sniff patch by muir college was a nice touch.</p>

<p>Lol I thought the map looked like disneyland or something. 3d glasses were funky, but nothing was very 3d (think .5 cm off the page 3d… Very flat) </p>

<p>My mom laughed at the “very important triton” badge and commissioned a “fish fork” for me (literal translation for trident in canto is fish fork haha)</p>

<p>Lol, the font is pretty tacky, but I like that they made it playful. Gotta go to my friend’s place and check out the 3D-ness on his brother’s!</p>
