<p>I've been doing pretty well on the other sections of the ACT, but like many, the science section kills me. I normally go at least 15 minutes overtime and still don't do that well. Does anyone have any advice? Should I review basic science? Do I read the passage or go straight to the questions?

<p>The ACT tests scientific reasoning, so you don’t have to know any biology or chemistry. I would skip all the extraneous reading and go straight to the questions. Then use the diagrams for reference.</p>
