EASSSSIERRRRR than the SAT!!! Is it just me..or am I seriously messing up somewhere??!?

Well, have you taken both tests under the time guidelines? The ACT's difficulty seems to be from time constraints, from what I've read on CC.

Of course, some people do find the ACT easier. Some find the SAT easier, though. And some do equally well on both tests.

Just go with the test you do better on (unless you want to go to Harvey Mudd, the place that doesn't take the ACT).

yah the real big obstacle is time

If you're a really quick reader/thinker, the ACT is probably easier. At least in comparison to the SAT.

The ACT is easier because of the writing/reading sections. To score highly on the writing/reading sections all you have to know is basic grammar/common sense and read at a decent speed. As for the SAT, the writing section requires a very keen sense of the english language and the verbal section requires a vast vocabulary and AP English level reading abilities.

ACT= major difficulty is the time constraint (1 min or less to tackle each question).
SAT= questions tend to be more difficult and require more thinking, unlike the questions on the ACT, which are more straight forward.
