The ALL NIGHTER Thread

<p>well anyway, pulling ALL NIGHTERS kill my time in getting ready for school in the morning
D:</p>

<p>UGH this week has SUCKED. :[</p>

<p>Sunday night: 1 hour
Monday night: 0 hours
Last night: 3 hours</p>

<p>In class today, I fell asleep in the middle of a sentence. My friend asked me a question about the Bio lab and I started to answer her, fell asleep but continued talking, and woke up to the sound of myself giving her a completely WRONG answer. It was an interesting experience. </p>

<p>And tonight I kind of have a lot of work but oh god I hope I get to bed before 12. (I know, I know, I should stop wasting time on the internet! But I'm gonna be distracted no matter what; letting myself get off task for a while actually helps me focus in the long run.)</p>

<p>I stayed up until 3:30 last night, and woke up at 7:30 - a new record. It really sucks, and I wasn't thinking straight in the morning. I don't intend to repeat it (and have an even greater sense of respect/amazement for those that are able to do so consistently).</p>

<p>^ you got FOUR WHOLE HOURS OF SLEEP?!?!?!?</p>

<p>If I would choose between my health or homework, I would choose my health. Get the 6 hours of sleep I need and pay the consequences later. Or better yet, don't procrastinate.</p>

<p>We are doing the sleep unit in Psych now and I'm the example for why irregular sleep habits throw off biological rhythms. </p>

<p>I feel like I get no sleep and I run on about 7 hours average. This thread makes me feel like I sleep too much for my own good in terms of studying and the like.
I mean, there's that whole "I'll sleep when i'm dead"

Boy do I hate the sleepless stress that is senior year.</p>

<p>Never had one in my life, other than that time where I stayed up until 3 gambling on poker.</p>

<p>Lol, I've went to sleep anywhere between 9:00 and 10:30 every night for the past... few months, I'd imagine.</p>

<p>Lately I keep being awoken by external stimuli somewhat early (like the dog wanting to go pee! Or the dog kicking me in the side! Or it being really cold in my room! Or my mum getting ready for work and waking me up inadvertently! etc. etc. etc.), even for me, though (the dogs were all 3:30ish and the rest were all 4:30ish).</p>

<p>I feel like I want to kill myself every other day due to severe exhaustion. Headaches persist every three days.
This week's sleep schedule:
Monday: 30 minutes
Tuesday: 4 hours
Wednesday: 2 hours
Thursday: 1 hour 30 min
Friday: not planning on sleeping till my HW is done then TERM PAPER FOR USH... 6-8 pages GAH GAH GAH!!!!</p>

<p>Lol, I'm still awake.. and will probably end up staying awake all night simply because I took a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge nap this afternoon and now i'm not tired. Eh.</p>

<p>hyunsook how can you survive on such a lil amount of sleep?? I just do my hw on Sunday's...</p>

<p>I just do :D magic. And Like its pretty sad... in order for me to sleep like the night before exams I have to kind of study up/review that kills about 2 hours of time a day... yeah I'm trying to be good. Even now I can't really cram standardized test studying well.</p>

<p>watch me get a cold or something because of not sleeping causing me to have a weaker immune response. lol. Then I'll sleep 6+ hours and still be miserable for like 2 months.</p>
